THIS OCCURRED ON SCOTT 254, THE FOUR CENT KING GEORGE VI STAMP OF THE WAR ISSUE SERIES ISSUED APRIL 10, 1943. THE STAMP IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION. IT IS A USED STAMP.
