THIS OCCURRED ON SCOTT 250, THE TWO CENT KING GEORGE VI STAMP OF THE WAR ISSUE SERIES ISSUED JULY 1, 1942. THE STAMP IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION. IT IS A USED STAMP.
