THIS OCCURRED ON SCOTT 149, THE ONE CENT KING GEORGE V STAMP OF THE SCROLL SERIES ISSUED IN OCTOBER 29, 1928. THE STAMP IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION. IT IS A USED STAMP.
