WITH THIS STAMP THERE IS A DOUBLE ERROR. NOT ONLY IS ONE OF THE TAGGING BARS ABSENT BUT THE STAMP IS MISPERFORATED WITH PART OF THE DESIGN FROM THE TOP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE STAMP. THIS ERROR OCCURRED ON SCOTT 1194A THE 38 CENT PARLIAMENT COIL STAMP ISSUED FEBRUARY 01, 1989. THE STAMP IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION. IT IS A USED STAMP. FOR OTHER ITEMS OF PHILATELIC INTEREST ESPECIALLY ERROR STAMPS PLEASE VISIT MY OTHER ADS.
