THIS ERROR STAMP ON SCOTT 233 WAS ISSUED APRIL 1, 1937 AND OCCURED ON THE 3 CENT KNG GEORGE V1 OF THE DEFINITIVE SERIES. THERE IS A DISTINCTIVE "SCRATCH" ON THE FOREHEAD OF THE MONARCH. THE STAMP IS MINT AND IS IN NICE CONDITION. HOWEVER THERE IS GUM DISTURBANCE ON THE BACK OF THE ERROR STAMP.
