EVERGREEN ENTERPRISES LTD is looking for a Purchasing Officer NOC 12102 Duties and Responsibilities as a Purchasing Officer NOC 12102 ,but not limited 1. Publish tender information, negotiate with suppliers, and evaluate quotations to ensure that EVERGREEN ENTERPRISES LTD obtains the best purchasing conditions. 2. Evaluate the company's needs, develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, and ensure that company standards are met. 3. Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with the environmental protection requirements of EVERGREEN ENTERPRISES LTD and relevant laws and regulations. Track changes in laws and standards related to environmentally friendly packaging, and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly. 4. Purchase general and special equipment, materials, and business services to ensure that the company can use or further process these environmentally friendly disposable packaging products. 5. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, sign supplier contracts, or recommend contract awards to ensure that all contracts comply with company policies and laws and regulations. 6. Develop delivery schedules, track progress, communicate with customers and suppliers to solve problems, and ensure the smooth operation of the company's supply chain. 7. Through market research and analysis, understand industry trends, price fluctuations, and new product information. Provide market analysis reports and support the company's purchasing decisions. 8. Identify and evaluate potential risks in the purchasing process, develop response plans, establish and maintain a risk management system to ensure the stability and sustainability of the supply chain. 9. According to the strategy of EVERGREEN ENTERPRISES LTD, work closely with internal teams (such as R&D, production, quality control, etc.) to ensure that purchasing activities are consistent with the overall goals of the company. 10. Hire, train, or supervise purchasing staff to ensure that the team has the skills and knowledge required to complete the work efficiently.
