Customizing treatment plans based on client's needs, addressing specific issues, and recommending specific massage techniques such as relaxation, stress relief, pain management, or improved circulation. 2. Ensuring proper cleanliness and hygiene in the massage room, maintaining a tidy workspace to comply with sanitation standards. 3. Effective communication to understand client preferences, expectations for relief, and any discomfort they may experience during the massage process. Encouraging client feedback and adjusting treatments accordingly. 4. Collaborating with nail technicians and other spa professionals to provide clients with a comprehensive wellness experience, such as offering combination packages including both nail services and massages at Vilan Nails&Spa. 5. Promoting other Vilan Nails&Spa packages, membership perks, or additional services to enhance client experience and encourage return visits. 6. Regularly updating and organizing client records and files to have up-to-date access to client's health history and treatment progress. 7.
