THIS OCCURRED ON SCOTT 559 THE TEN CENT SNOWFLAKE STAMP ISSUED OCTOBER 6, 1971, PART OF THAT YEARS CHRISTMAS STAMP ISSUE. THE STAMP IS MINT AND UNHINGED AND IN VERY NICE CONDITION.
