Messina Electronique Cinema House Speaker System for Sale. Made in Montréal in the late 1990's this short-lived manufacture is relatively unknown outside of Québec. However, they were pioneers in the home theater genre, made quality equipment and had a loyal following out east. This "Cinema House" package includes two Messina Sub-3000 tower speakers, two Messina DV300 pyramid "corner speakers" and one Messina CV300 centre-channel speaker. The tower speakers incorporate large 12-inch HCL woofers, Vifa soft-dome tweeters and an efficient first-order Butterworth crossover system. The innovative rear pyramid surround-speakers can be mounted or on traditional speaker-stands, or at both rear-corners of the room (to take advantage of the 1/8 acoustic space).
