THIS OCCURRED ON SCOTT #220, THE FOUR CENT KING GEORGE V STAMP OF THE PICTORIAL SERIES ISSUED IN 1935. THE STAMP IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION. IT IS A USED STAMP.
