A DOUBLE ERROR OCCURRED ON THIS STAMP. NOT ONLY IS IT MIPSERFORATED BUT IT HAS 3 BAR TAGGING INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL FOUR SIDES. THIS OCCURRED ON SCOTT 1165 THE 38 CENT PARLIAMENT DEFINITIVE ISSUED DECEMBER 29, 1988. THE STAMP IS USED AND IS IN NICE CONDITION.
