ORDINARILY THESE STAMPS HAVE A TAGGING BAR ON ALL FOUR SIDES. THIS STAMP ONE HAS THE TAGGING MISSING ON THE BOTTOM. THIS ERROR OCCURRED ON SCOTT 1122 THE 34 CENT TORONTO'S FIRST POST OFFICE STAMP THAT WAS ISSUED FEBRUARY 16. 1987. THE STAMP IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION. IT IS A USED STAMP. FOR OTHER ITEMS OF PHILATELIC INTEREST ESPECIALLY ERROR STAMPS PLEASE VISIT MY OTHER ADS.
