THIS IS A VERY NICE EXAMPLE OF A MISPERFORATED STAMP. THE BOTTOM PART OF THE STAMP IS ON THE TOP. IT OCCURRED ON SCOTT #167, THE THREE CENT KING GEORGE V STAMP OF THE ARCH SERIES ISSUED FROM 1930 TO 1931. THE STAMP IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION. IT IS A USED STAMP. FOR OTHER ITEMS OF PHILATELIC INTEREST ESPECIALLY ERROR STAMPS PLEASE VISIT MY OTHER ADS.
