ON THIS PRONOUNCED TAGGING ERROR, INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL FOUR SIDED TAGGING, THE TAGGING HAS SHIFTED TO THE RIGHT, ALMOST ONE HALF THE STAMP. THIS OCCURRED ON SCOTT 947THE 34 CENT PARLIAMENT BUILDING STAMP PART OF THE FIFTY CENT BOOKLET ISSUED JUNE 21, 1985. THE STAMP IS USED AND IS IN NICE CONDITION.
