THIS ERROR IS ON THE AUGUST 16, 1934 NEW BRUNSWICK SEAL STAMP, SCOTT 210i. THE ARM TOUCHING THE FRAMELINE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE STAMP IS CLOSED. THE STAMP IS USED AND APPEARS TO HAVE A SLIGHT CREASING ON THE RIGHT SIDE.
