WITH THIS STAMP THERE IS A DOUBLE ERROR. NOT ONLY IS ONE OF THE TAGGING BARS ABSENT BUT THE STAMP IS MISPERFORATED WITH PART OF THE DESIGN FROM THE RIGHT ON THE LEFT OF THE STAMP. THIS ERROR OCCURRED ON SCOTT 1194B THE 39 CENT FLAG COIL STAMP ISSUED FEBRUARY 08, 1990. THE STAMP IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION. IT IS A USED STAMP. FOR OTHER ITEMS OF PHILATELIC INTEREST ESPECIALLY ERROR STAMPS PLEASE VISIT MY OTHER ADS.
